Duo-FeM combines carefully selected ingredients to help relieve unpleasant menopausal symptoms caused by hormonal changes. Ingredients such as red clover, magnesium, zinc, vitamins C, B6, E, chromium, and hop cones promote hormone regulation, support bone health, regulate blood sugar levels, and protect cells from oxidative stress.

Tablets for the day:

• Red clover extract (Trifolium pratense L.), magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc citrate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), chromium chloride (III), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, talc), color (E171).

Night tablets:

• Red clover extract (Trifolium pratense L.), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.), hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus L.), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc citrate, DL-alpha-tocopherolate (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), fillers (microcrystalline cellulose), glycerin, colors (E171, E120, E132).

Contraindications
Do not take if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
