ACCU CHEK Guide ROCHE test strips

Area of ​​application

Accu-Chek Guide test strips are used to determine blood glucose concentration and are suitable for self-monitoring by diabetics. They are compatible with the Accu-Chek Guide Link blood glucose meter.

Mode of action

The test strips enable fast and precise blood glucose measurement. With a minimal sample size and a short measurement time of less than 4 seconds, they contribute to regular monitoring and adjustment of diabetes therapy.

Active ingredients / ingredients

• 1 pack contains 50 test strips in a sealed vial and instructions for use.

Contraindications

Do not use if the test strip is expired or if the packaging is damaged. For external use only and intended solely for determining blood glucose levels.

dosage

A new test strip should be used before each blood glucose test. If you have any questions about dosage or are unsure about the results, consult a physician.

Intake

• Open the package and remove a test strip.
• Insert the test strip into the Accu-Chek Guide Link blood glucose meter according to the instructions.
• Note the limit values: The lowest displayed value is 10 mg/dL (0.6 mmol/L), the measuring range is 10–600 mg/dL (0.6–33.3 mmol/L).

Patient information

The test strips are for single use only and must be disposed of after use. They should be stored between 4°C and 30°C. Do not store above 30°C to ensure measurement accuracy.
